Elevated Primary Care was founded by Dr. Amanda Kowalski to take a more diligent and thoughtful approach to primary care and acute care services. Dr. Kowalski has established a practice focused exclusively on the patient experience and outcome. Dr. Kowalski strives to understand the unique needs of each patient in order to formulate a plan that will drive physical, mental, and social well-being.
The Elevated Primary Care Difference
This practice will differ from other primary care offices in that the focus will be on managing a smaller number of patients to improve accessibility, experience, and quality of patient care. Her care extends to the hospital setting as well. Patients needing acute care services can rest easy knowing Dr. Kowalski admits to multiple local hospitals, acute inpatient rehabilitation facilities, and assisted living facilities.
