I started Elevated Primary Care with one main goal of bringing a higher level of patient care to my community. After recognizing the shortcomings of high patient volume offices (crowded waiting rooms, delayed schedules, abbreviated physician interactions, difficulty accessing office staff, etc.), I wanted to create a practice that truly puts the patient first.
Elevated Primary Care will differ from other primary care practices in that the focus will be on managing a smaller number of patients to improve accessibility, experience, while ensuring high quality patient care. Under my care, you will have peace of mind knowing you’ll receive care from a physician who really knows you.
Where most primary care stops at the office door, I follow my patients who are admitted to nearby hospitals as well as acute inpatient rehab.
