Dr. Amanda Kowalski founded Elevated Primary Care with the goal of bringing a personalized and comprehensive approach to patient care. She strives to understand the unique needs of her patients in order to deliver individualized strategies for achieving and maintaining health and wellness.

Dr. Kowalski was born in St. Louis, Missouri and graduated from the University of Missouri before earning her medical degree from the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at Largo Medical Center in Largo, Florida, where she served as Co-Chief Resident during her final year.
Prior to founding Elevated Primary Care, Dr. Kowalski spent eight years working as a dedicated Hospitalist, caring for patients across both the east and west coasts of Florida. Her experience spans community hospitals as well as trauma and transplant centers, caring for patients across a broad range of acute and complex medical conditions. She has also worked extensively in post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, hospice, memory care, and outpatient medicine, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the patient experience across all stages of care.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Kowalski served as Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Northwest Medical Center and as faculty for the NSU Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine. She continues to stay actively involved in medical education through mentorship and clinical training of both medical and nurse practitioner students.
Dr. Kowalski founded Elevated Primary Care with the vision of creating a more personalized, accessible, and relationship-centered healthcare experience. She is passionate about preventive medicine, wellness, and longevity, helping patients understand how lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, and proactive care support long-term physical and mental well-being while improving chronic health conditions.
